Once your Forks Adventures tour begins, no partial refunds will be given for unused lodging, meals, activities, and other trip arrangements.

Although the Tour Operator will make every attempt to operate a tour once confirmed, the Tour Operator reserves the right to cancel a tour or activity for reasons that might create unsafe travel conditions. In the event that the Tour Operator cancels your Forks Adventures tour for reasons other than acts of God, strikes, government restrictions, or any other cause beyond the control of the Tour Operator, you will receive a full refund; however, the liability of the Tour Operator is limited to the amount paid pursuant to Section 1 above, and the Tour Operator is not responsible for any charges related to any other associated travel costs, including but not limited to your cancelled air travel, trip insurance, unused clothing, visa or travel certifications, or any other charges. For this reason, we recommend travel protection insurance.

3. Room Occupancy – Single Supplements
All tour prices are based upon double occupancy. Because hotel rates are priced by the room, the cost for one person occupying a room is higher than two persons sharing a room. There is a $50.00 surcharge per night for single occupancy, referred to as a single supplement. If you are traveling alone and wish to share a room, we will try to match you with a roommate. If we are unable to do so, the single supplement of $50.00 per night will apply and is due 60 days prior to the tour’s departure and payable pursuant to Section 1 above.

4. Special Provision Regarding Participants Under Age of Majority.
PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY, AND IF YOU ARE UNDER THE AGE OF MAJORITY (AS DEFINED HEREIN) UNDER THE LAW WHERE YOU LIVE, MAKE SURE THAT YOUR PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN READS AND AGREES WITH THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS ON YOUR BEHALF. In these Terms and Conditions “you” or “your” means any person or participant, provided that if such person is under 18 years of age or the age of majority where you live, whichever is older (the “Age of Majority”), “you” or “your” also includes a parent or legal guardian acting on behalf of the minor. The Age of Majority in most U.S. states is 18; however, that can change. In addition, the age of majority in many Canadian Provinces is 19. The Tour Operator reserves the right to confirm your age of majority at any time.

The acceptance of these Terms & Conditions must be made on behalf of any participant under age 18 by the participant’s parent or legal guardian.
