Step #1
Fill out the Forks Adventures Registration Form and acknowledge that you have read the Terms & Conditions.

Once we reserve your space on the tour you have chosen, we will contact you to confirm your registration.

5 Days - 4 Nights of Adventure in the center of Twilight activity

Cost: $1,200.00 per person
Double occupancy in lodging selected for location, amenities, charm, cleanliness, and most of all--the friendly staff.

We welcome solo Adventurers. Add $250.00 to the tour price for a single room.

All tours begin on Wednesday and run through Sunday of each week:

July 8 - July 12, 2009

July 22 - July 26, 2009

Payment & Cancellation Policies

$300 deposit is due the day reservation is made (deposit applies to cost of tour).

Balance is due 60 Days Before Departure ($900.00)

Refund Policy
Full Refund with Written Notification 60 days or more before departure

50% Refund: 59-45 days before departure

25% Refund: 44-30 days before departure

No Refund: 29-0 days before departure

Step #2
Upon confirmation, a $300.00 deposit is due. We accept checks, money orders, or credit cards.

If you pay by check or money order (US dollars), we must receive your payment within 5 business days.

Step #3
Read over the materials in your pre-departure packet which will be mailed to you, including:

Clothing and gear checklist
Tips on packing light so you do not have to check luggage (if traveling by air to Seattle)
A list of travel insurance companies. We encourage you to purchase a travel protection plan
(trip interruption/cancellation insurance)
Information Form (for dietary and other special requests) and Release of Liability Form

Step #4
Fill out, sign, and return the Information Form and Release of Liability Form to complete your Forks Adventures registration.

If a minor will be traveling without a parent/legal guardian, we will require the Minor Authorization Form for each minor, designating a chaperone.

Step #5
At least 60 days before departure, submit balance of $900.00.
