Reservations in 5 Easy Steps!

Step #1
Fill out the Registration Form for the tour you select and acknowledge that you have read the Terms & Conditions.

Once we reserve your space on the tour you have chosen, we will contact you to confirm your registration.

Step #2
Pay nothing until we confirm your reservation. Upon confirmation, a $100.00 deposit (per person) is due. We accept checks, money orders, or credit cards.

If you pay by check or money order (US dollars), we must receive your payment within 5 business days.

Step #3
Read over the materials in your pre-departure packet which will be mailed to you, including:

1. Clothing and gear checklist
2. Tips on packing light so you do not have to check luggage (if traveling by air to Seattle)
3. A list of travel insurance companies. We encourage you to purchase a travel protection plan
   (trip interruption/cancellation insurance)
4. Information Form (for dietary and other special requests) and Release of Liability Form

Step #4
Fill out, sign, and return the Information Form and Release of Liability Form to complete your Forks Adventures registration.

If a minor will be traveling without a parent/legal guardian, we will require the Minor Authorization Form for each minor, designating a chaperone.

Step #5
At least 60 days before departure, submit balance due.
